Look at the difference
Just wanted to say YAY DAMIEN - I looked at the photos of the cutting practice (very cool btw).. and then found this picture from August 2003. Good on you, brother.. now all i've gotta do, is find the motivation for me. ;)
That's not the nicest angle in the world ;) I started 2005 with the long-term almost impossible goal of losing 40kgs.. and now i'm down to the last 6 or 7. It's not easy, Cheryl's been a huge support for me, but you just set yourself little 5 kilo goals and work at it, and eventually (hopefully) reach the goal :)
wow damien.. that's a great achievement.. and yes, i think i need to set some goals.. although it's the getting started that's a problem.. ;) and the keeping motivated. *grin*
