The Family Bandwagon

Our family is spread out across the country and across the world, and what better way to keep in touch than a collaborative digital journal?

yes, there are photos on koffeekat now

for those not already in the know, adam put some photos up of our little extended family. just go to www.koffeekat.com (and i hope this works)

in other news...trinity is 23 days old, and has changed alot in that time. her hair is getting lighter, and obviously she is growing, she is now 53cms long, and weighed 3820grams last week. she has birthmarks on the back of her head and neck, and a mongolian (someone correct that for me) spot on her back...it's a bluish thumb print looking mark under her skin that comes from having a dark skinned heritage, and should fade by the time she is 2 years old.

she still looks alot like adam...but a few people see jared in her.

that's about it...i'll write again in another 3 weeks...

  1. I just tried to look at the photos. They are so big. Adam can you redo them so they are screen size? Please copy to CD for me so I can view more easily.

  3. The photos are Great! (Damien took them home on his flash-drive so I could look at them :) Trinity is so Tiny! and Carolynn and Jared are looking a lot older!

Charlotte (my bro's baby) has/had one of those marks too... right above her butt :)

  4. that's where trinity's is too! it can be a mediterrainian/hispanic thing, but it's an asian thing...a friend with nieces with chinese babies said they had "blue bottom"...apparently the marks can be quite large on some babies.

  5. That's really interesting! I didn't even know about it until my bro and his wife showed us Charlotte's mark. Mum said she couldn't remember if me & my sibs had the mark too... but if I did it's definately completely gone now. It'd be kinda cool tho if it stayed :)
