Hey Carolynn, the only Japanese insult I know is "baka", which basically just means idiot. Cheryl's pen pal Yuko used it when her husband Akira accidentally left the video camera on top of the car - we found out when she had to slow down and it came tumbling onto the road, and into the path of traffic behind us. Whoops :) So is this boy annoying to everyone, or does he just annoy you?
