One for the Mums..
Happy Mother's Day Mum! And also Lisa, and Nana, and any other mothers who happen to be reading this site. Except Shaft. He's one bad mother (shut your mouth!)
I was going to give you a call but we have Suzanne staying with us and she spoke to her Mum for half an hour! And then her brother for another 20 minutes, after which it was probably too late at night. But it's been good to catch up with her, although I'm really tired now. She's back to Australia on Wednesday, so we had a VERY FULL weekend of touristing.
Happy Mo's Day to Nanna, the baddest mother of them all (and by "bad" I of course mean "good").
Happy Mo's Day to Lisa, little Lisa, youngest of them all. Why I remember when she was only yay big, cute as a button, my oh my how the years fly by *cue violin music* ".. is the the little girl I carrrrrrried, sunrise, sunset, swiftly flow the daaaayyyyyyzzzz"
Thank you all. We had tea at Nana's on Sunday and I tried to call edinburgh when we got home (10.30pm here -1.30pm there, but you were out touristing). Tamara and Ray were due to go back on Saturday. Thank you for your call and card Damien and Cheryl. I'll call you tonight. Dad has made great progress with the fernery and is up to the water feature and plants. I have extra hours at work because a work mate has a bad cold. I started tidying the store room and am up to the wardrobe. Glenn I threwout old lecture notes when I worked my way down to the brown vinyl box. Dayna I'm now on art work from 1993.It's gone mostly! Also a black dress that Lisa thinks will work for a witch's outfit so its gone to dress ups. I found the christening clothes for Lisa.Carolynn had a great time with doll's clothes. Still have a shelf to go but it may be Friday afternoon before I get to it. lots of love to all from Mum
