Shared photos on Google. Rudi will come back before the Swap Meet (November) and we'll load up his stall (money to me) He found plenty of things he said we're saleable. Didn't find the missing bit from the dashboard yet tho.
His neighbour collects scrap metal and will come around to collect more from beside the shed.(old rusty swing set, flue from heater, plumbing bits) Definitely decluttering now.

Ryan's blessing day
We had a lovely day at the special blessing for Ryan. It was at the Salvation Army citadel where Emma's parents go. Her uncle did the blessing. Very simple with readings by Denise, Jackie and Emma's grandfather. Enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards. Somehow I ended up with lots of the leftovers so guess what's for tomorrow's lunch.

Nana's 90th
Hi to all, I sent this as an email, but in case any of you don't read emails, I thought I'd copy it to here.
Denise and I got together yesterday to decide on what we're doing for Mum's 90th birthday.
Afternoon tea here from 1.30 to 4.30 on Sunday 7th June. Sitting in the back room.
Finger food, tea, coffee and soft drink or punch. We'll go shopping for savories like cheerios, sausage rolls, mini pies, dips, chips etc but would appreciate catering help from family. Inviting about 50 counting family, but not all will come. Denise is organising a cake and has invitations and a 90 banner.
Lisa and Carolynn, could you make some jelly slice? Cheryl, our suggestion for you was for mini fruit muffins, but feel free if you have another idea. No idea if Glenn and Dee will be able to make it and Dayna and Bruce have sent apologies. Michele will do cream puffs or cream kisses and Josie a slice and rumballs. You don't need 50 of everything. I'll try mini cheesecakes, a salmon pate and something savory. Edith and Landon are on the invite list. When does Edith get back?
I hope everyone is free on the day and thank you for your help with catering.
Love, Mum
Also another job for my computer experts. We'd like a photo show on the TV in the back room of photos of Mum. Can it be done? If not we'll make a photo board but the moving pics are better. Not sure if the replacement set top box out there has a USB slot or if it would be possible to attach a laptop to the TV.
ideas and solutions please.

Yay for Bruce
Today B had an interview for his (next) job at Swansea University (how it came to this is a long story..) and I'm very happy to say that he got it! His post will continue until September, at which time there should be an extension for a year or two!
Needless to say, we're out celebrating with a tasty meal! We're also going to see the Woman in Black at the theatre (edit: Not as scary as i was expecting.. Apparently you have to be down in the stalls for the full effect, we were above that in the circle).
Hope everyone is happy!
